Bodhrans have been part of Irish music for centuries and this bodhran from Percussion Plus has been beautifully designed with a Celtic cross to reflect its history. It is supplied with a traditional beater also known as a tipper and a gig bag.
The bodhran is traditionally played with one hand controlling the tension and tone of the drum while the bodhran is struck by either a bare hand or the tipper.
